In ihrer Sendung vom 10. März sprach NZZ Impulse mit Martin Neff, dem Chefökonom der Credit Suisse, über den Einfluss der Rezession auf den Immobilienmarkt. Einmal mehr wurde wieder deutlich, dass der Immobilienmarkt nicht nur relativ als stabil zu bewerten ist sondern auch als gute Anlagemöglichkeit betrachten werden kann. Auch wenn die Auswirkungen der weltweiten Rezession nicht spurlos an der Schweiz vorbei ziehen werden, bleibt der Immobilienmarkt dennoch interessant und wertbeständig.
